MEET OUR TEAM

Founder
Stormy (Rach Storm)
I grew up in Cootamundra and Dubbo, chased the so-called ‘corporate dream’ in Sydney and burnt myself the F out, and now call Byron Bay home where I’m creating a slower, more meaningful life. I’m a trained Pilates and pole instructor, a lifelong dancer, and a qualified counsellor offering trauma-informed, inclusive care.
Movement and creative expression have always been my therapy, and I’m passionate about helping others reconnect with their bodies in ways that feel safe and empowering. Living with chronic illness and mental health challenges has only deepened my empathy and my drive to hold space for others and create this community.
At in:HAUS Wellness, my dream is to create the supportive, healing community I always wished I had - a place for movement, connection, and coming home to yourself and with others.
Where can we usually find you when you’re not teaching?
Outside in nature, at the beach or at home with my babies (cats)
What do you hope people feel when they leave your class?
I hope they leave feeling even 1% better than they came in and are proud of themselves for showing up.
What three words best describe your teaching style?
Vibrant, educational & supportive.
What’s one thing most people don’t know about you?
Maybe they do know but I am a bit of a weirdo. I also love to collect taxidermy. Don't worry it is more pretty butterflies not giant raccoons.
What inspires you to teach movement?
It is has been my entire life, without it I am not sure who I would be so I will move as long as my body as allows me to and help others do the same because we only get one body.

Yoga Instructor
Claire Langlett
Hi I’m Claire !
I started my yoga journey six years ago. At that time of my life a lot of things left me feeling unsafe, lost and unsettled. I found yoga as a way to come back to myself, to bring kindness to my body and mind and help me heal.
I believe yoga is a great tool to find a balanced life and help us navigate through challenging times that life sometimes throws at us.
My wish for you is to feel at home in your body, to find your peace within.
I teach from a place of kindness and compassion, holding a safe space for you wherever you are in your life, and whatever you may be experiencing in this moment of time. Encouraging you to welcome your whole self, on and off the mat.
Outside of in:HAUS you can find Claire at https://clairelangletyoga.com/
Where can we usually find you when you’re not teaching?
In nature for sure , on one of my daily walks !
What do you hope people feel when they leave your class?
I hope they leave feeling a little more at home in their body, and carrying a sense of ease and stillness from within .
What three words best describe your teaching style?
gentle, mindful, compassionate
What’s one thing most people don’t know about you?
I appear calm on the outside, but I’m actually hyperactive and a little wild within !!
What inspires you to teach movement?
To guide others towards ease, presence, and self-compassion through mindful movement. To share the healing power yoga has on my life .

Yoga Instructor
Anita Beierle
Hi, I’m Anita! I’ve been practicing, teaching, and exploring yoga for many years. Vinyasa was the first class I joined as a teenager and quickly became a passion. I love moving freely, almost dancing with my breath and I’m passionate about guiding students to discover their own flow of body, breath and soul.
Having taught in different countries, I bring an international perspective, my love for yoga and a joyful, heartfelt approach to every class. Step onto the mat with me and let’s move, breathe and flow together.
Where can we usually find you when you’re not teaching?
Out in nature! I love being in movement whether that’s going for a hike, a run, a long walk or being at the beach and in the ocean. Right now I’m learning how to surf, which is such an exciting challenge (and honestly, it reminds me a lot of yoga!).
What do you hope people feel when they leave your class?
I hope they walk out feeling empowered and more connected to themselves, their body, mind and breath.
What three words best describe your teaching style?
Balanced - Supportive - Flowing
What’s one thing most people don’t know about you?
Even though I teach yoga and love slowing down on the mat, I’m actually a very active person and can’t sit still for long. That’s why I appreciate yoga so much. It helps me to find rest.
What inspires you to teach movement?
I’ve always loved all kinds of movement. Teaching gives me the chance to share this passion and show others how beautiful it is to move, to feel alive in your body and to discover new strength and ease through practice.
